Consumable supplies (such as inkjet supplies, toner, etc.) suspect of flaws must be returned to A&E Enterprizes postage paid and insured. A&E Enterprizes reserves the right to inspect and determine whether the product is defective or not. Upon receiving a return authorization number, all items (except "Special Order Items") may be returned unopened within 15 days of receipt for credit minus 20% re-stocking charge. Items returned without an authorization number will not receive credit for return.
